Is any one else having problems either getting on to Wincustomize (Server Busy Error) or, once on, getting errors (GetUpload) when attempting to upload material?

This has been happening to me since early this past weekend...  :(

When I compose some animations in AniUtil I get 'frame' creep - image seeming to creep across the frame from one side to another.  When I've checked the image for 'center' in WindowsMovieMaker the animation progresses properly.  What can I do to correct this?

Have an older computer running XP Home SP3, 1GB Ram, 256meg Vid, Vid supports per pixel and transparency. 

Everything seems to run fine except (and isn't there always an 'except' with computers?) Bootskins. 

Bootskin progress bar animation does not appear.  Bootskins work fine on my other two computers (pretty much the same setup), but not on this one. 

Anyone have any ideas of what switches I might not have thrown?  Or of what the problem might be?

I know I read a post some where here on a program, or a program component, (I think from Stardock) that made it fairly simple to create an animated icon, but I can't find it to save my soul.

If anyone has an idea of what I'm talking about please provide the name of the program/component or whatever you might use other than ImageReady.

Hadn't checked out the local weather for a while, so you can imagine my surprise at seeing a link to MyColors (with weather powered by AccuWeather) on the AccuWeather website when I decided to take a look-see at what our forecast was supposed to be for tomorrow.

Based on the number of folk who hit this site a day we ought to be able to get that subscription thermometer popping out the top by the end of this weekend!!!  Sheesh!!!! 

Now that it appears our esteemed pols have passed their 'economic stimulus' bill you kind of have to wonder why no one came up with this simple idea to stimulate the economy by cutting out the 'middle man'.

Simply take the total of the stimulus package (some where around $782B), divide that by the US population (approx. 360M, but only legal residents of course), then cut every man, woman, and child a check for their share. 

You'd have to think that would stimulate the economy a whole lot faster than giving it to the Wall Street, Banking, Big Auto, and Labor Union execs to divvy up, wouldn't you?  Oh, but wait, I forgot in my scenario the pols wouldn't be lining the pockets of their primary campaign contributors....

Just started trying to skin RightClicks.  Can any one tell me how to 'size' the mouseover bar size?  Have checked Wiki and StarDock, but the info is kind of sketchy...

What is the 'scripting language' used in the .ini files and where can I go to find the complete set of commands for it?  Thanks in advance for the help...
